Our clients, a growing family of 5, we're looking for a functional layout that would give them a drop-zone as they entered the home in addition to a larger kitchen where everyone could gather. We shuffled the rooms around to add a mudroom and pantry, relocating the kitchen to an infrequently used dining room. Despite a tight budget and the restrictive footprint, we were able to reimagine their space to reflect the way they truly live there.
