Our clients bought an older ranch home and took it down to the slab and basement before reconstructing it as modern home with a timeless, traditional feel. We worked closely with the architect to refine the plans within the constraints of the existing footprint. Despite the delays, price increases, and challenges posed by the pandemic, the resulting home is beautiful and feels incredibly authentic to its owners.
